RR = Radio Relay.  A radio system for point-to-point transmission of multichannel duplex signals employing carrier waves in the VHF or higher bands.
RTT = Radio Teletype. The system of communications by teletypewriter or teleprinter over radio circuits - Normally HF Secure in Vietnam
