104 SIGNAL SQUADRON (104 Sig Sqn) served in South Vietnam at Nui Dat with the 1st AUSTRALIAN TASK FORCE (1ATF) from 1967 to late 1971.  The Squadron's role was to provide communications [Radio, Telegraph (TG), Telephones and Switchboard (Ebony) plus Special Delivery Service (SDS)] between the Task Force Units to the Task Force Headquarter and to higher formations.  During its deployment in Vietnam over 800 signallers served with the unit.        [Click for 104 Sig Sqn Overview - PDF]
